SEWO, shoulder abduction orthosis, neutral humeral rotation, static, prefabricated


Orthosis designed to maintain the upper limb immobilised in an abducted position of humeral and a flexed elbow. Composed of four padded plastic sheets made to the measure of the patient. The orthosis is supported at the iliac crest area. Consists of subaxillar support, upper and forearm support. All components are connected with a metal bar system including metal joints which enable positioning of the arm and adjustments.
All joints are locked during normal functioning of the orthosis.
