Severe pathology of the biomechanics giving instabilities of the ankle and foot.

Indications are for example:
* ankle lesions of ligaments

* weakness and ruptures of the ankle ligaments
* subluxations or suppinating trauma

* pseudoarthrosis
* paralysis and paresis of the below knee area or foot

Supposed to stabilise the ankle joint and immobilise motion, keep the ankle joints and ligaments in neutral position during the swing phase and to prevent it for trauma during walking, enabling walking and participation in society.
